Chapter 7: Nilrebna Freedom Fighters  - TFF/CHX

Illogically, I didn’t write Part 2 of the Romalc Valley arc, but instead went to another group: The Telliks Freedom Fighters and the Chaotix, led by Knuckles and Priscilla Sparkleton, a Monian magpie. They set up camp in the Nilrebna Highlands, which is once again an anagram of Anberlin, an awesome band which you should totally check out right now instead of reading about this abomination… maybe both…

Anyways, Ray and Mighty talk about how silent it is, before someone calls Charmy, Saffron and a certain Stuart (I think it’s Knuckles calling them), who are, together with Priscilla sent out in front of the group to scout ahead. I must also inform you that Archimedes is also with the Chaotix… y’know… that small fire ant. Anyways, at a certain point, Priscilla smells smoke, which is dubious, but possible. Anyways, they eventually find an army of Phantoms, together with their commander, Haight. There, they conveniently listen in on a conversation between a scout of the Phantoms and Haight, saying that they found a group of Freedom Fighters camping near Alexithy Tree (part of Alexithymia, song from Anberlin) and not near the Hymn Plains (part of a song called Paperthin Hymn, also by Anberlin), where the Chaotix and Telliks Freedom Fighters are stationed.

The four of them then return again to report back to Knuckles about the group. They decide to check out that group to tell them about that they’re almost under attack. Strangely, they do that by sending out Espio, who makes himself invisible and starts talking to that group (once he gets there) still visible. That’s totally not suspicious. But sure, the group, called the Nilrebna Freedom Fighters, buy Espio’s explanation. It is also made apparent that, for some reason, the Telliks Freedom Fighters are still roboticized, but with a free will, which directly contradicts Chapter 5. After that, the two groups meet and we have another 11 characters added. Yay!

Chapter 8: Attacked By Your Friend – MU/AFF

Let me state this: I was so bad at making chapter titles I literally spoiled the whole chapter with just the title.

Mobius Underground and the Arctic Freedom Fighters had left for the Libermon Kingdom, the little kingdom that had managed to stand on its own against Dr. Phantom…

Right away, something is wrong here… Cause according to chapter 5, Mobius Underground would go with the Downunda Freedom Fighters would go west to the Spalloc Sea, while the Arctic Freedom Fighters should be with the with the Renderrus Reven Freedom Fighters going east to the Eastern Mountainchain. Why are the groups mixed up? What happened to one of these locations? WHERE THE HECK DOES THE LIBERMON KINGDOM LIE!?

Anyways, Guntiver and Ozzy talk somewhat about stuff. Ozzy tells Guntiver that he has worked with the administration of a construction company once and that he had once been to the Libermon Kingdom for a meeting. Look out, this is important.

Anyways, all of a sudden, they are ambushed by Monians (Not Phantoms) who think the group they just ambushed are Phantoms… despite not being mutants nor having capes (cause, like I said earlier, the Phantoms are total Dark Legionaire rip-offs).

Oh, well… there is some fighting between Erma and some other people, but in the end, Mobius Underground and the Arctic Freedom Fighters are taken in custody and taken to Outra Village… as you may have already guessed, this is another part of a song called Outrage by Capital Lights, which is an awesome band as well, which you should totally listen to! Telling the soldiers of the Libermon Kingdom that they’re friends and Freedom Fighters doesn’t help, because no-one wants to believe them. Until Ozzy starts talking to the commander, who, by incredible chance, was the Minister of War... That’s when Ozzy starts talking about Caveyard Village, which surprises the Minister. Ozzy tells all kinds of stuff about what he knows about Caveyard Village, which convinces the commander/Minister to let them go. And that’s the end of the chapter…

Before I go on to the next chapter, I’m gonna point out another plothole, because that’s why I’m writing this. During the conversation between Ozzy and Guntiver, it becomes seems as if the Libermon Kingdom had existed before the war began, because “Ozzy had been to the Libermon Kingdom before”. This directly contradicts chapter 1, which says that there were no countries.

Chapter 9: The Jail Squad – RRFF/DFF

The last two groups, the Renderrus Reven Freedom Fighters and the Downunda Freedom Fighters went east towards the Eastern Mountainchain (Which, btw, is a really generic name). The first town they would arrive in was called Yawa Elim (Mile Away from Capital Lights (that’s a song :P)). Evets, the leader of the Renderrus Reven Freedom Fighters, tells that he originally lived in Yawa Elim, but later moved to Moniopolis… how very convenient. He also tells how there’s a huge jail in Yawa Elim. As they come nearer to Yawa Elim, they see smoke rising from the city. Evets is worried and the group runs at the town.

Once they’d arrived, they meet a group of Phantoms, which they immediately attack. These Phantoms, however, were already being pursued by a group of, you know it, MORE FREEDOM FIGHTERS! It doesn’t take long for the two groups to take out all the phantoms.
Evets talks a bit with Xavier the Skunk (Yay for more characters!) and as Evets had guessed, the other group is composed of prisoners… escaped prisoners. Evets even considers arresting him at first, which doesn’t make the least bit of sense, because he doesn’t have any authority, is a little kid and because the prisoners are also fighting against Dr. Phantom. Oh, well… Xavier manages to convince Evets that, since Dr. Phantom is ruler over the city now, any rules of Senots-Si or punishment brought down upon persons by Senots-Si’s rules are now void. The leader of the prisoners (called the Jail Squad, who wouldn’t  have guessed after reading the title) is called Colin McMorthy (not a bad name, actually). Colin asks the Freedom Fighters to free Yawa Elim once and for all, since the eastern part of Yawa Elim still seems to be in hands of Dr. Phantom and his Phantom Legion.

The three leaders (Walt, Evets and Colin) decide to come up with a strategy. As they talk, Colin tells them that the leader of the local Phantom Legion chapter is a grasshopper called Preston. An ugly one, he adds. XD They’re headquarters seems to be the town hall. The Police station and the army base also had a considerable amount of Phantoms stationed there. All three locations seem to be spread apart quite a bit. For some reason, the three leaders decide that their first target should be the police station, without anyone stating a reasoning behind that… because who cares about reasoning in a strategy meeting… useless, right?

Anyways, their plan is to use bombs… which they don’t have. And smartly enough, one of them also mentions that even if they had someone that could make bombs, it would take too long to make enough bombs. There is some talking between other members, until George Sable Ferret (another member of the Jail Squad) geniously suggest to take bombs from the army base, because an army base must have bombs. What my younger self must have forgotten is that, if the army base had bombs, the Phantoms would’ve used them a long time ago to bomb the shit out of the prison, but for some reason, that just left the bombs lying in the army base. Moreover, this isn’t that much of an ingenious plan, so you really have to wonder why only now, they think of this.

Anyways, before attacking the army base, they need a map of the army base. And that’s how they end the meeting for that day… kind of an abrupt ending to the meeting, don’t you think?

Chapter 10: The C-Series

This is a short chapter and it starts with Dr. Eggman sitting in his living room, watching an action movie. There is so much wrong with that, I’m not even going to bother taking it apart. The action movie is interrupted by Snively, who reports to Dr. Eggman that the Phantom Legion is useless and that he needs help from his uncle, which Dr. Eggman promptly promises.

He then says to a robot to get the “C-series”, which is a series of advanced robots. After C1 arrives, Dr. Eggman tells him to go obliterate everyone in Romalc Valley and should he betray him, he would make a bomb detonate inside the robot. The robots leave and Eggman laughs… and that’s the end of the chapter.
There we go again... Part 3 of Sarcasm Sessions and I had to facepalm again, though the plotholes created in every chapter slowly starts to decrease... maybe, one day, there will be a chapter without a single plothole or inconsistency! Oh, that would be heavenly...

Anyways, if you don't know what this is exactly, I would like to point you to part 1 of Sarcasm Sessions: speedlionff.deviantart.com/art…

Anyways, as always, enjoy. I'll be once again retreating to my corner of sadness and depression.
